Anjum has been in the food world for over 20 years, during which time she's written 8 cookbooks including several best-sellers, and presented 3 TV series (incl. 2 on the BBC and one on SBS Australia). Her desire to bring proper Indian food to everyone who wanted it led to the creation of The Spice Tailor, which was subsequently acquired by Premier Foods plc. The Spice Tailor was widely credited with transforming its category.

Adarsh has been starting and growing businesses for over 20 years. The Spice Tailor was his third start-up, his first being another brand in the food and drink space, and his second an IT services business. He's built brands from the ground-up in a number of different markets, and has experience in all areas of building a business, with a particular focus on strategy, sales and marketing.
